Laughter can prove to improve productivity by building team spirit and allows participants to get to know each other in a whole new way.

It is exhilarating to experience the magic of a Laughter program. Laughter is serious business. It facilitates happiness, lift spirits, promotes healing, boosts morale, helps build teams and so much more. Within minutes of the start of my laughter presentations, participants are rejuvenated and uplifted without the use of comedy or jokes.

SSW is for Social Service Worker

CRT is for Certified Reiki Teacher by the Canadian Reiki Association. Irene is an instructor of Reiki and meditation for the City of Mississauga.

CLL is for Certified Laughter Leader with World Laughter Tour.

Since 1997, Irene has professionally facilitated workshops and seminars in self-awareness, stress-management and relaxation techniques. She is the coordinator of The Youth Leadership Program and her local library. As a writer, her articles have been published in numerous Organizational Newsletters, publications and magazines. Her guided visualizations are available on CD.

Irene has received recognition from Toastmasters International as an Advanced Communicator Gold and Advanced Leader Bronze. She is currently President of Phoenix-Toronto Toastmasters and Area Governor of Toastmasters District 60 Division G Area 63.
